Shipping & Returns

We ship with tracking to the listed regions. We ship almost all items UPS Ground, and very small items via USPS. Items with higher values may have signature required. We pack almost every sale the same day it was paid for unless it was purchased on Sunday or a holiday, and try to be as thorough and quick as humanly possible. Buyer pays shipping on returns. Shipping costs are not subject to refund in a buyer initiated return. Items purchased with free shipping that get returned on a buyer requested return will have our original shipping cost deducted from the final refund amount. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations such as overseas, please send us a message. We do not accept returns on international shipments, absolutely no exceptions. Return Policy

New Items

Returnable within 14 days of delivery(buyer assumes return shipping costs). To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected]. Once we have received the item and it is in same condition as original sold, buyer will be refunded. Refunds are generally issued in the original payment form or can be exchanged for store credit. 

Used & Vintage Items

Returnable within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise marked as non-returnable.

 

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
